1) All goods/products, must be offered for sale to or bought from other Stellar Alliance Professionals and PA Representatives before offering to or buying from others outside this organization and affiliates. If said goods/products are not sold or bought within 2 hours (game time), Professionals may turn to Open Trade (Trade with anyone who desires the product or who is selling the product).

2) Dedication and Loyalty to Stellar Alliance is a must in order for all within this Association to prosper. Any member who commits any act against any member of Stellar Alliance, or against the organization itself, will be harshly dealt with.

3) Communication is required. EMail or in game communication is a must in order to stay up to date on Stellar Alliance matters, and to let us know you are still active. This includes staying up to date on the Stellar Alliance Message Board, Web Site and EMail discussions.

4) Progress reports which includes name, race, current location, trade skills, current products (that you make or that you are currently in need of) are required whenever that information needs updating in our records.
